Final Touch Painting provides interior and exterior painting, deck repair and painting, concrete work, cabinet painting, epoxy flooring, fence services, and drywall/mud & tape services to Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana within approximately a 40-mile radius.

All services are subject to an on-site estimate and written agreement (quote, proposal, or contract) between Final Touch Painting and the customer prior to work beginning. These Terms cover use of the website; the specific scope, pricing, and timeline for any project will be governed by that separate written agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the website or in person are estimates based on the information and site conditions available at the time. Final pricing may change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ once work begins. Quotes are valid for a limited time as noted on the quote itself.

3. Payment

Payment terms (deposits, progress payments, final payment) will be specified in your project agreement. Late or missed payments may pause or delay work. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of contracting.

4. Cancellations and Scheduling

Project start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, material availability, or scheduling conflicts. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policy, will be outlined in your project agreement.

5. Warranties

Any workmanship or material warranties apply only as described in your written project agreement. Except as stated there, services are provided without additional warranties, express or implied.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt site functionality, or misuse the contact/quote form. Content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Final Touch Painting and may not be copied or reused without permission.
